Turn an equipment
investment into
everyday possibility.

Lending Hands Outreach is developing an Adult Day Health Care center where seniors can share nutritious meals, take part in meaningful activities, and receive daytime support while family caregivers have time to attend to their own responsibilities.

The crisis behind the proposal

Isolation affects seniors.
The strain reaches their families.

Older adults can lose everyday connection as mobility changes, health needs grow, or loved ones are lost. Families providing support need dependable options during the day. A planned center must be equipped before it can become part of that support.

02

Caregivers need daytime support.

The planned center would offer supervised care and purposeful participation, giving family caregivers dependable relief after services begin.

03

Readiness requires practical resources.

Refrigeration, meal-service equipment, tables, and activity furnishings are part of preparing a usable center.

The planned LHO center

Care, meals, and connection
in one daytime setting.

Our planned Adult Day Health Care model brings together supervised daytime care, health monitoring, on-site meals, social and cognitive activities, and transportation between home and the center.

Services are intended for eligible seniors age 65 and older, including AHCCCS/ALTCS members, and will be available without discrimination.
